I love how he takes his time cutting and preparing his ingredients. Most chefs and even regular cooks i see try to do it in the fastest way they can. They’ll impress you with it as if it’s some godlike skill to dice an onion in 5 seconds.

Watching him take his time and really show us the quality of the cut and the ingredients gives me a really satisfying feeling different from the fast-paced way a lot of other chefs do. I can’t help but salivate in anticipation of the food he makes just by the way he prepares the ingredients.
