The science is in: Exercise isn’t the best way to lose weight

what they didn’t take into consideration is that by exercising you build up muscle which is in turn constantly burning calories and your metabolism becomes more active.

Excercise make me want to eat less, for real. I don’t overeat and I feel fuller when I exercise. If I don’t exercise, I lay on the couch all day and eat entire pizzas.
